Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Control and supervise the operations area and process interactions
• Provide high-quality customer service and manage client agreements
• Participate in safety committees and monitor indicators such as speeding and unauthorized stops
• Conduct continuous training for operators regarding C-TPAT, OEA, ISO 9001, and NOM 012 standards
• Manage internal and external audits from government agencies and clients
• Coordinate personnel, including operators and administrative staff
• Oversee asset administration (tractors) and ensure preventive maintenance
• Monitor traffic, deliveries, and dispatch via SIP to minimize delays
• Track and measure operational processes through KPIs and data analysis
• Implement corrective and preventive actions to ensure continuous improvement

Requirements

• Degree in Licenciatura or Engineering (completed or in progress)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in operations or logistics
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong knowledge of logistics and freight transport
• Basic knowledge of motorized vehicle maintenance
• Proven experience in personnel management
• Strong analytical skills and leadership ability
