Responsibilities

  • Translate deal theses into integration plans with clear owners, milestones, and risks
  • Own execution from day-1 readiness through close-out to ensure acquired teams remain productive
  • Serve as a trusted partner to acquired teams to help them navigate the organization
  • Build repeatable diligence and integration playbooks
  • Coordinate function owners across People, Legal, Finance, IT, Product, and GTM
  • Partner with deal teams to assess integration readiness and flag operational risks
  • Track integration progress and communicate recommendations to executive stakeholders

Requirements

  • 8+ years of professional experience
  • At least 2 years of hands-on M&A integration leadership
  • Analytical training combined with operating experience (e.g., banking, consulting, or corporate development)
  • Experience with talent- and product-driven acquisitions
  • Strong operating judgment and ability to move between strategy and execution
  • Executive presence and ability to drive outcomes through influence
  • Comfort building structure in ambiguous, fast-moving environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Cross-border deal experience involving employment, equity, and entity questions
  • Technical fluency to work credibly with engineering and product leadership
  • Experience building integration playbooks or processes from scratch
  • Background in a startup or hyper-growth environment
