Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production operations to ensure safety, quality, efficiency, and customer service objectives
• Manage, coach, and develop Supervisors, Leads, and production associates
• Develop and maintain production schedules, staffing plans, and labor utilization strategies
• Establish operational processes, communication structures, and accountability systems
• Track and communicate key operational KPIs through ERP and reporting systems
• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, regulatory, HACCP, GMP, and SQF requirements
• Own shipping and receiving operations and coordinate material flow across multiple facilities
• Identify operational challenges and implement corrective actions to improve productivity

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations Management, Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
• Working knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, SQF, food safety regulations, and quality systems
• Experience with production scheduling, inventory management, and labor planning
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and lift up to 50 pounds
