About the role

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Partner Success stakeholders to translate operational challenges into technical requirements and scalable processes.
  • Identify workflow bottlenecks and implement automated solutions, including the use of GenAI, to drive efficiency in account management and content launches.
  • Facilitate internal change management initiatives and lead technical transitions to new systems and workflows.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, compliance standards, and quality controls to ensure consistent partner account management.
  • Establish and monitor performance metrics to provide data-driven insights for team and partner success.
  • Manage technical projects from requirements gathering through to solution development and success measurement.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in business operations, technical program management, or systems-oriented roles.
  • Proven track record of architecting and deploying logic-based automations or system improvements (e.g., no-code/low-code tools, CRM customization).
  • Expertise in end-to-end project lifecycle management and leading change initiatives across global, distributed teams.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM architecture (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot) and structuring data for scalability.
  • Strong ability to use data to identify systemic trends and drive proactive operational improvements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Practical experience leveraging Generative AI tools or AI agents to modernize business workflows.
  • Proficiency with automation platforms such as Zapier, Make.com, or Workato.
  • Experience building automated dashboards using Tableau, Looker, or Salesforce Reports.
  • Background in management consulting, technical advisory, or "Founding Ops" roles.
  • Familiarity with partner account management or high-volume content partnerships.
