Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all operational activities, including sanitation, high-pressure cleaning, hygiene, and industrial waste management.
• Manage and lead a team of approximately ten Sector Managers and Contract Managers.
• Coordinate human resources, operational activities, and equipment management.
• Drive business development by prospecting new clients and strengthening the existing client portfolio.
• Perform technical studies and validate price quotes prepared by business managers.
• Manage the financial perimeter, including monitoring operating accounts and controlling budgets.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety, hygiene, and health regulations for all personnel.

Requirements

• Engineering degree.
• 7 to 15 years of experience in project or works management within the environment or industrial sectors.
• Strong expertise in site management and operational coordination.
• Excellent commercial and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client trust.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a high-activity operational environment.
• Mastery of contractual aspects related to industrial services.
