Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage district operations including job scheduling, oilfield service, and rental equipment
• Promote a safe working environment and ensure adherence to regulatory and company compliance
• Coordinate pricing and bids for rental jobs in collaboration with sales and upper management
• Monitor job quality, equipment delivery, and adherence to standard operating procedures
• Supervise personnel, manage training schedules, and monitor performance standards
• Deliver financial reports, morning reports, service orders, and rental data to the District Manager
• Manage client call flow and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Oversee vehicle maintenance, DOT compliance, and company vehicle policies
• Conduct field evaluations to ensure the quality and accuracy of work performed

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English
• Basic math and algebra skills
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
• Valid Driver's License with a safe driving record
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
• Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions

Preferred Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of experience in field operations within the oil and gas industry
• Advanced degree
• Experience operating a crane truck and trailer
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software
