Operations Manager Offshore Support Vessels

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of offshore support vessels, ensuring optimal utilization and compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
• Coordinate vessel scheduling, maintenance, and crew management activities
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure transparent communication and successful project execution
• Develop and implement operational procedures and best practices to enhance fleet performance
• Monitor operational budgets and control costs while maintaining service quality
• Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team to improve productivity and professional growth
• Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance and incidents to senior management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies, Marine Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing offshore support vessel operations
• In-depth knowledge of maritime regulations, safety standards, and offshore operational requirements
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in operational management software and MS Office applications
