Operations Manager

Odeko is the all-in-one operations and technology partner to more than 20,000 independent coffee shops, cafes and other food establishments. We are on a mission to continuously develop technology to champion your neighborhood cafes, coffee shops, and other independent F&B establishments.

Responsibilities

• Manage floor operations including picking, packing, routing, and dispatching
• Build and coach the team, including Ops Leads and hourly associates
• Implement and maintain SOPs to ensure accuracy and safety
• Partner with site leadership to improve warehouse organization and efficiency
• Act as the primary point of contact for floor issues and troubleshooting

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics operations
• Proven track record of managing and motivating hourly teams
• Proficiency with WMS tools, handheld scanners, and final mile dispatch
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for the duration of a shift
