Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee day-to-day operational execution across the organization
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans with clear ownership and measurable outcomes
• Drive accountability across departments by tracking initiatives and resolving bottlenecks
• Manage strategic client relationships and act as a senior point of contact for escalations
• Collaborate with product, engineering, account management, and delivery teams
• Support product prioritization and translate business needs into practical requirements
• Establish operational processes, reporting mechanisms, and governance structures
• Identify process inefficiencies and implement continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Operations Management, Business Operations, Digital Transformation, Product Delivery, or Account Management
• Proven experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives and multiple stakeholders
• Strong leadership and operational execution capabilities
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills
• Solid understanding of product development and project delivery processes
• Strong organizational, planning, and execution skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
• High level of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail
