Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Contribute to business strategy and translate it into mid-term policies for the OpCo and division levels
• Formulate annual plans and budgets, monitoring OPEX, CAPEX, and inventory performance
• Manage operational activities to ensure efficient execution of the yearly plan and strategy
• Drive the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process in collaboration with Supply Chain, Sales, and Finance
• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of professionals, ensuring talent development and succession planning
• Monitor and report on KPIs to provide management with actionable insights and data-driven decision support
• Ensure all operations comply with HSE, Quality, and Environmental regulations and standards
• Act as the main sponsor for Lean program deployment and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Proven experience in business strategy implementation and operational management
• Strong expertise in budget management, including OPEX and CAPEX oversight
• Experience driving S&OP processes and managing supply/demand planning
• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in team coaching and people management
• Proficiency in KPI monitoring, reporting, and performance analysis
• Deep understanding of HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) and Quality compliance
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies or Lean deployment
