Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee the execution of multiple construction projects from mobilization to handover, ensuring alignment with schedules, budgets, and specifications
• Monitor project progress against baselines and implement recovery plans for delayed or at-risk projects
• Support variation, EOT, and claims strategies while monitoring cost performance and subcontractor exposure
• Coordinate procurement strategies and optimize the use of labor, plant, and materials across various sites
• Ensure strict compliance with QA/QC systems, authority requirements, and HSE safety standards
• Lead, mentor, and drive accountability within Project Managers and site leadership teams
• Provide accurate operational reporting and risk mitigation plans to senior management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering
• 20+ years of construction experience, including significant multi-project oversight
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale building and villa compound projects end-to-end
• Strong knowledge of construction operations, planning, and FIDIC contracts
• Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• A degree in Management
• Experience working with major industry players such as ALEC, Innovo, ACC, UNEC, CCC, or BESIX
