Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing operations with a focus on Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC)
• Establish standard work, accountability, and execution discipline across all shifts
• Own production planning, scheduling, and forecasting processes
• Lead and execute Rocks (90-day priorities) and utilize Scorecards to monitor KPIs
• Drive inventory accuracy, material control, and warehouse discipline
• Partner with Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to ensure process development and on-time delivery
• Establish and manage KPIs including OEE, scrap, and labor efficiency
• Embed and sustain Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement methodologies
• Build, develop, and mentor front-line leaders and production teams

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive manufacturing operations leadership experience
• Proven track record of improving production performance and operational stability
• Strong experience in production planning, scheduling, and capacity management
• Hands-on experience with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement tools
• Demonstrated ability to implement structured operating systems (EOS experience a plus)
• Experience in a startup or expansion environment preferred
• Ability to walk, stand, and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs in a manufacturing environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System)
• Experience partnering effectively with Engineering and cross-functional teams
