Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage all productive operations at the Beauvais industrial site to ensure manufacturing targets for quality, quantity, and deadlines are met.
• Coordinate operational services including Production (PSO/PPF), Maintenance, Laboratory Control, and Logistics.
• Drive site performance and competitiveness in alignment with defined industrial strategies and HSEQ objectives.
• Serve as a member of the Management Committee (CODIR), participating in site strategy definition and daily operational leadership.
• Manage and develop department heads, fostering autonomy and continuous improvement skills.
• Oversee resources including raw materials, equipment, production tools, and personnel.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize safety, quality, costs (personnel, materials, energy), and productivity.

Requirements

• Generalist Engineer degree, ideally with a background in Production or Chemical Engineering.
• Strong technical expertise in chemical and mechanical processes within a high-constraint industrial environment.
• Proficiency in continuous improvement tools and methodologies.
• Proven experience in project management.
• Bilingual English proficiency is mandatory.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a hands-on approach to field management.
