Responsibilities

• Build and lead execution strategies that align with business priorities and scalable growth
• Mentor mid-level managers and project leads to foster an ownership mindset
• Serve as the strategic operations lead across BD, Creative, Client Servicing, and Finance
• Enhance operational efficiency and cost controls through accurate forecasting and budgeting
• Champion a delivery-first mindset by aligning operations with creative intent
• Drive innovation through tech-enabled execution and vendor capability expansion
• Identify executional risks and establish compliance norms and SOP reviews
• Lead structured post-event reviews to implement data-driven improvements

Requirements

• Graduate in Event Management, Mass Communication, Business, or related discipline
• 10–14 years of relevant experience in BTL, MICE, or integrated event delivery
• At least 3 years in a team leadership role
• Proven ability to manage multi-location events and large teams
• Experience handling high-stakes clients and budgets
• Proficiency in project management tools like Monday.com and MS Excel
