Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and execute strategic real estate investment opportunities in international markets.
• Conduct thorough market research to analyze trends, economic conditions, and regulatory environments.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to attract and secure investments from international institutional and private investors.
• Create detailed business plans, including financial projections, sensitivity analyses, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Manage the due diligence process and negotiate complex investment agreements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external international partners.
• Monitor investment performance using KPIs and provide regular reports to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 8-10 years of experience in real estate investment or strategic planning, specifically focusing on international markets.
• Proven track record of sourcing and executing real estate investment transactions.
• Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic is required.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
