Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day warehouse and distribution operations across inbound and outbound logistics
• Drive operational excellence by improving efficiency, accuracy, and execution across the site
• Coach, mentor, and develop supervisors and associates in a fast-paced environment
• Monitor staffing, workflows, and daily volume to ensure SLA targets are achieved
• Own and improve key operational KPIs, including inventory accuracy and service quality
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement scalable solutions
• Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to streamline systems and optimize workflows
• Build strong relationships with vendors, transportation partners, and external stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal cannabis distribution regulations
• Use data and analytics to continuously improve performance and customer satisfaction

Requirements

• 2+ years of leadership experience in warehouse, logistics, fulfillment, or distribution
• Experience managing teams of 30+ employees
• Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills
• Experience managing KPIs, SLAs, staffing, and operational performance metrics
• Familiarity with ERP, CRM, WMS, or other operational systems
• Ability to work onsite Monday–Friday
• Comfort navigating ambiguity in a high-growth startup environment
