Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Work with the New York GM and supervisors to ensure timely and accurate inbound/outbound warehouse activities
• Track daily team performance and provide feedback and training to associates
• Manage daily volume to ensure SLA compliance
• Manage market OKRs and KPIs regarding quality of service, inventory, and DOTIF
• Monitor team adherence to standard operating procedures (SOP)
• Forecast and monitor staffing needs and schedules
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Central Ops, Engineering, Finance, and People departments
• Ensure compliance with state and federal cannabis distribution regulations
• Manage relationships with vendors and supply chain partners
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using technology and data analytics

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a warehouse or logistics setting
• 2+ years of experience managing a team of at least 30+ employees
• Proficiency with MS Office and business software (ERP, CRM)
• Availability for Monday -- Friday on-site work
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to perform manual labor when necessary

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the cannabis industry
• Supply chain or data analysis training
• Project management and quantitative analysis expertise
