Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day fulfillment operations in a 3PL environment, including kitting, pick pack, and cold chain shipments.
• Manage order scheduling and throughput to ensure all client service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
• Supervise pick pack operations in carton flow modules utilizing pick-to-light technology.
• Coordinate cycle counts and ensure daily inventory reconciliation requirements are met prior to shipping.
• Oversee fulfillment operations within the DEA Cage, ensuring strict compliance with security protocols and zero inventory loss.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance to maintain adherence to cGMPs and company SOPs.
• Lead, mentor, and coach personnel, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Analyze operational metrics to evaluate effectiveness and implement logistical improvements.
• Investigate shipping complaints and document corrective and preventive action plans.

Requirements

• Four-year college degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 8 years of fulfillment or warehouse experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in fulfillment management.
• Proven experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); Manhattan SCALE experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage conflicting demands.
