Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and optimize operational team activities in collaboration with dock managers
• Ensure the availability of necessary production resources
• Validate and optimize human resources in line with budgetary objectives
• Participate in tenders and provider selection, and manage initial invoice controls
• Act as the primary contact for carriers and ensure compliance with arrival/departure procedures
• Guarantee compliance with contractual terms and company procedures with subcontractors
• Perform operational reporting and implement continuous improvement actions
• Manage a team of dock managers, focusing on skill development and versatility
• Foster team engagement through performance indicator communication
• Ensure compliance with internal regulations, operational processes, and safety/security procedures
• Oversee working conditions and the social climate within the agency
