Responsibilities

• Organize and optimize various logistics activities
• Coordinate teams with dock managers to ensure efficiency and productivity
• Adapt human and material resources to needs and budgetary objectives
• Manage production means including equipment and maintenance
• Participate in tenders, follow up with service providers, and control invoicing
• Act as the interlocutor for carriers to ensure compliance with procedures
• Manage new client follow-up and dispute resolution
• Analyze reporting and deploy continuous improvement actions
• Manage a team of dock managers, focusing on skill development and versatility
• Ensure compliance with internal regulations, operational processes, and safety/security procedures
• Maintain a positive social climate and quality working conditions

• Proven experience in management and team coordination
• Strong organizational skills and sense of initiative

• Proficiency in IT tools
