Responsibilities

• Coordinate and optimize operational team activities in collaboration with dock managers
• Ensure availability of production means including supplies, preventive maintenance, and handling equipment
• Validate and optimize human resources in line with budgetary objectives
• Implement new client follow-up and manage agency disputes
• Perform and analyze operational reporting for continuous improvement
• Manage a team of dock managers, focusing on skill development and versatility
• Participate in recruitment and integration processes
• Ensure compliance with internal regulations, operational processes, and safety/security procedures
• Maintain positive working conditions and social climate at the logistics site

Requirements

• Proven experience in management and operational coordination
• Strong organizational skills and ability to take initiative
• High reactivity and problem-solving capabilities
• Negotiation skills and a focus on continuous improvement
• Proficiency with IT tools and strong analytical skills
• Strong communication and leadership qualities to manage teams and service providers
