Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Organize and optimize various logistics activities
• Coordinate teams with dock managers to ensure efficiency and productivity
• Adapt human and material resources to needs and budgetary objectives
• Ensure availability of production means (equipment, maintenance)
• Participate in calls for tender, follow up with service providers, and control invoicing
• Act as the interlocutor for carriers and ensure compliance with procedures
• Manage new client follow-up and dispute processing
• Analyze reporting and deploy continuous improvement actions
• Manage a team of dock managers, focusing on skill development and versatility
• Ensure compliance with internal regulations, operational processes, and safety/security procedures
• Maintain good working conditions and social climate within the agency

Requirements

• Proven experience in management and coordinating teams/service providers
• Strong organizational skills and sense of initiative
• High reactivity and ability to handle challenges
• Strong negotiation skills
• Proficiency in IT tools and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and proximity-based management style
