Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Maintain a Safety-First culture in the food-based Fulfillment Center (FC)
• Meet site environmental, health, quality, and safety performance metrics (OSHA, GMP, HACCP, FDA)
• Oversee day-to-day operations and drive performance to meet company goals
• Prepare operating reports, establish KPIs, and provide feedback to direct reports
• Lead and motivate large cross-functional teams including receiving, production, inventory, and shipping
• Champion continuous improvement efforts and implement new processes
• Coordinate with logistics, inventory, and distribution teams to optimize the supply chain
• Develop a highly effective site leadership team through high standards of selection and performance
• Analyze production data and perform root cause analysis to implement corrective action plans

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements for operating plants
• Experience conducting root cause analysis investigations
• Experience training others on new processes or procedural updates
• Strong team management and people leadership skills
• Ability to analyze problems and strategize for improved outcomes
• Ability to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds

Preferred Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or TPM certifications
• 5+ years of plant operations experience
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience
