Responsibilities

• Maintain a Safety-First culture in the food-based Fulfillment Center (FC) following OSHA, GMP, HACCP, and FDA standards
• Oversee day-to-day operations, driving performance to meet long- and short-term company goals
• Lead and motivate large cross-functional teams including receiving, production, inventory control, and shipping
• Champion continuous improvement efforts and implement new processes to meet business needs
• Coordinate with logistics, inventory, and distribution teams to ensure a cohesive supply chain
• Develop a highly effective site leadership team through clear goal setting and delegation
• Analyze production data and perform root cause analysis to implement corrective action plans

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements for operating plants
• Experience conducting root cause analysis investigations
• Experience training others on new processes or procedural updates
• Strong team management skills with the ability to supervise multiple teams
• Ability to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds

Preferred Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or TPM certifications
• 5+ years of plant operations experience
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience
