Responsibilities
- Lead the collective performance of your team to support manufacturing site objectives in safety, quality, and cost.
- Develop team members, peers, and other leaders to meet evolving business needs.
- Manage multi-functional teams across maintenance, reliability, and quality to meet annual performance goals.
- Monitor personnel needs to ensure effective succession planning and career growth opportunities.
- Drive continuous progress and performance within your specific area of responsibility.
- Act as a cross-functional leader to bring diverse teams together to achieve ambitious organizational goals.
- Maintain effective communication with plant leadership, your direct team, and the local community.
Requirements
- BS degree in a technical field.
- 8+ years of overall professional experience.
- 6+ years of management or leadership experience (applicable military experience considered).
- Experience in a process-centered manufacturing environment.
- Proven history of successfully managing large teams or business units.
- Strong leadership, motivation, and influence skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills for all levels of the organization.
- Ability to achieve goals using organizational change principles.
- Must be geographically mobile for North American assignments and open to international assignments (e.g., Canada or Europe) within one year of starting.
