Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop a team of Department Managers with technical skills on assortment and services
• Establish proactive relationships with HoReCa clients and ensure optimal store execution
• Manage efficient goods flow within departments
• Maintain store order, product availability, and service levels in compliance with company procedures
• Act as an interface with headquarters, platforms, and suppliers
• Collaborate with the Sales Force to increase Share of Wallet and improve customer experience
• Involve the Store Team in managing Top Customers and proposing business solutions
• Lead the check-in/out department to ensure service standards and customer welcoming

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Economics or equivalent
• Knowledge of product assortment, HoReCa clients, and the market
• Knowledge of market analysis methods and goods flow
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
• Result-oriented and customer-focused mindset
• Ability to read and analyze Profit and Loss statements
• Good knowledge of the English language
• At least 2 years of experience in similar roles within retail, GDO, or related sectors
