Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of approximately 100 employees across several departments
• Manage and optimize operational work processes within the wholesale market
• Drive business success through the management of commercial KPIs
• Act as the primary contact for customers, employees, and central functions
• Represent the wholesale market and oversee product presentation

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience with a cooperative and motivating style
• Completed commercial training with further qualification as a retail or business specialist, or a degree in business administration
• Alternatively, several years of experience in a comparable retail management position
• Strong customer orientation, specifically for gastronomy and hospitality clients
• Expertise in food handling and affinity for fresh products and cooking
• Strong communication skills and ability to build networks
• Entrepreneurial thinking and strategic vision
