Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as Deputy Program Manager and alternate customer point of contact
• Manage day-to-day operations, task orders, staffing, and workload balancing
• Oversee program budget, schedule performance, and financial reporting
• Administer staffing and security policy, including onboarding and clearance verification
• Lead delivery of Army and Joint Cyber Training events and exercise design
• Operate within cyber range and computer testbed environments
• Support risk management, incident response, and Government reporting
• Mentor mid-level leads and ensure personnel continuity

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualifying experience
• Minimum 7 years of experience in cyber range or computer testbed environments
• Minimum 7 years of Program Management or senior-level DoD experience
• Minimum 2 years of Army and/or Joint Cyber Training delivery experience
• Working knowledge of OT, IT, cellular systems, and networking technologies
• Active TS/SCI security clearance required at start
