Operations Manager - Manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Lead the Operations Department with high efficiency, integrity, and enthusiasm
• Recruit, interview, and hire Functional Managers
• Coach and mentor Functional Managers to deliver excellence to customers
• Establish measurable goals and objectives for individual and team results
• Create and communicate campus strategic directions
• Identify cost-reduction opportunities through process streamlining
• Prepare timely campus forecasts and analyze trends
• Drive continuous improvement through metrics management and trend reporting
• Ensure 100% adherence to company policies, including Health and Safety and Quality

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and training
• 10 years of relevant work experience at Jabil OR 5 years of external management experience
• Advanced PC skills
• Knowledge of Jabil’s software packages

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree
