Responsibilities
- Manage overall operations of the production facility
- Oversee safety, environmental compliance, employees, productivity, and quality
- Lead morning production meetings and coordinate production workflows
- Conduct monthly safety training and maintain environmental documentation
- Perform quarterly and annual employee reviews
- Manage operational budgets and update job flow in the ERP system
Requirements
- Proven leadership and management skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills (in-person, phone, and email)
- Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure
- Ability to work a 45-hour weekly schedule (typically 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday-Friday)
