Responsibilities

  • Manage overall operations of the production facility
  • Oversee safety, environmental compliance, employees, productivity, and quality
  • Lead morning production meetings and coordinate production workflows
  • Conduct monthly safety training and maintain environmental documentation
  • Perform quarterly and annual employee reviews
  • Manage operational budgets and update job flow in the ERP system

Requirements

  • Proven leadership and management skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication skills (in-person, phone, and email)
  • Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure
  • Ability to work a 45-hour weekly schedule (typically 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday-Friday)
