Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations at manufacturing facilities to improve production efficiency and reduce waste
• Implement best practices and process improvements to optimize costs and enhance product quality
• Develop and manage comprehensive manufacturing plans and production schedules to balance demand with capacity
• Establish, monitor, and enforce strict quality control and safety protocols
• Lead, mentor, and develop team members to foster a culture of teamwork and accountability
• Promote and enforce 5S principles to maintain an organized and efficient work environment
• Track vendor performance and manage staffing levels to optimize labor costs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• At least 6 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or operations
• Proven track record in managing production teams and driving process improvements
• Experience with manufacturing systems and lean production methodologies
