Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage venue operations, including food and beverage cost control and labor management
• Supervise, recruit, and train hourly staff and supervisors to ensure high service standards
• Meet or exceed budgetary expectations and assist with monthly building inventory
• Ensure full compliance with venue, city, and state alcohol policies and safety requirements
• Oversee housekeeping, environmental standards, and smooth departmental operations
• Coordinate and oversee private or special events per specific requirements
• Conduct staff meetings, training seminars, and performance evaluations

Requirements

• 1-3 years of high-volume experience in fine dining, restaurant, or club operations
• 1-2 years of supervisory or operational management experience
• Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification or equivalent
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• High School Diploma

Preferred Qualifications

• College Degree in a related field
• Responsible Alcohol Service certification
• T.I.P.S. Certification or equivalent
