Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of facility operations, maintenance, and day-of-show operations for the North Island Credit Union Amphitheatre
• Recruit, hire, train, and supervise part-time staff across multiple departments, including Security, Maintenance, Cleaning, and Ushers
• Develop and oversee overhead expense budgets for repairs, maintenance, and venue supplies
• Maintain and monitor incident reports, investigating cases and managing pending matters
• Ensure optimum operating condition of all facility equipment, including traffic and crowd control devices
• Coordinate and manage approved subcontractors and third-party vendors to ensure successful events
• Develop and maintain relationships with local municipalities, including police, fire, and rescue departments
• Implement and execute all company policies, procedures, and compliance programs

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of experience as a House/Operations Manager or in a comparable role
• Extensive knowledge of venue operations and facility management
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage multiple departments and large staff numbers
• Experience working with public officials and local government agencies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
