Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of facility operations and maintenance, including front of house, preventive maintenance, and venue set-up/tear-down
• Recruit, hire, train, and supervise part-time staff across multiple departments such as Security, Maintenance, Cleaning, and Ushers
• Develop and oversee overhead expense budgets for repairs, maintenance, and venue supplies
• Maintain incident reports, investigate pending cases, and manage guest-related complaints
• Coordinate and manage approved subcontractors and third-party vendors to ensure successful events
• Ensure compliance with all Live Nation policies, procedures, and governmental reporting requirements
• Develop and maintain relationships with local municipalities, including police, fire, and rescue departments

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of experience as a House/Operations Manager or in a comparable leadership role
• Extensive knowledge of venue operations and facility management
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing multiple departments and large staff numbers
• Experience interacting with police, public officials, and local community members
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Experience using Workday or other time-keeping systems
