Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of facility operations and maintenance, including front of house, preventive maintenance, and third-party contracting
• Oversee venue set-up and tear-down processes
• Perform day-of-show duties and respond to elevated guest or staff inquiries regarding VIP programs and amenities
• Manage and train seasonal event staff, including recruiting, onboarding, and payroll approval
• Maintain security and service standards by circulating through work areas and monitoring back-of-house areas
• Monitor and manage incident reports, investigations, and required governmental filings
• Act as a liaison with local municipalities and community stakeholders

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a House/Operations Manager or in a comparable venue operations role
• Extensive knowledge of facility management and venue operations
• Proven leadership experience managing large, multi-departmental teams (e.g., Security, Ticket Takers, and Ushers)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Experience with Workday or similar time-keeping systems is a plus
