Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end site operations across warehouse activities and supporting transport coordination
• Manage production schedules to ensure order picking, dispatch, and service delivery targets are met
• Oversee workforce planning, including managing casual and agency staff and addressing absenteeism
• Build and manage customer relationships, including participating in weekly KPI review meetings
• Monitor site performance and provide accurate reporting to support financial and operational outcomes
• Drive safety, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives across all site operations

Requirements

• Proven experience in warehouse and/or transport operations environments
• Demonstrated ability to manage small teams, including casual and agency workforces
• Strong understanding of operational planning, scheduling, and container coordination
• Ability to support financial reporting and a clear understanding of operational cost drivers
• Experience managing service expectations for multiple customers
• High attention to detail with strong time management and problem-solving capabilities
