Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead site warehouse and transport operations in a safe, compliant, and cost-effective manner
• Support and implement Linfox Safety Standards through active leadership and communication
• Monitor health and safety performance, including risk management, audits, and incident reporting
• Deliver operational and financial performance by reviewing costs, margins, revenue, and KPIs
• Lead and develop teams to meet performance targets and foster a cooperative culture
• Build strong internal and external customer relationships and support timely reporting

Requirements

• Experience leading road and/or rail transport and warehouse operations
• Knowledge of contemporary business and operations management practices
• Capability to lead, develop, and motivate teams of 5+ direct reports
• Understanding of financial drivers, costs, and margin management
• Valid NSW driver licence (HRW/Forklift licence is desirable)

• Experience using WMS and SAP systems
