Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead healthcare logistics operations to ensure contracted service deliverables are achieved efficiently and safely
• Manage production schedules to meet client and business requirements
• Deliver pick, pack, and dispatch operations for healthcare products in compliance with industry standards
• Oversee the handling of regulated products ensuring strict security and quality protocols
• Lead and allocate workforce resources, including the management of casual labour pools
• Provide regular productivity and financial reporting to management
• Coordinate communication between customers, contractors, and internal stakeholders

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in third-party logistics (3PL) operations
• Proven experience managing distribution centre systems and inventory accuracy
• Strong knowledge of GMP, GWP, or GDP compliance environments
• Experience leading teams and managing workforce performance
• Understanding of unionised environments and industrial relations
• Ability to drive continuous improvement and manage operational risk
