Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the daily operation of properties, including technical operation, maintenance, cleaning, and security
  • Provide overall fire safety management and personnel responsibility for property technicians
  • Prepare and follow up on budgets
  • Manage external suppliers and their delivery of operation and maintenance measures
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and maintain communication with tenants

Requirements

  • Relevant experience as an operations manager or similar role in large commercial real estate
  • Technical education, primarily in HVAC (VVS) or automation
  • Leadership experience with a focus on developing high-performing teams
  • Good economic understanding and experience with budget responsibility
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
