Responsibilities
- Responsible for the daily operation of properties, including technical operation, maintenance, cleaning, and security
- Provide overall fire safety management and personnel responsibility for property technicians
- Prepare and follow up on budgets
- Manage external suppliers and their delivery of operation and maintenance measures
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and maintain communication with tenants
Requirements
- Relevant experience as an operations manager or similar role in large commercial real estate
- Technical education, primarily in HVAC (VVS) or automation
- Leadership experience with a focus on developing high-performing teams
- Good economic understanding and experience with budget responsibility
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
