Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable systems and operational frameworks for remote hospitality sites
• Drive performance improvement through process design and innovation initiatives
• Manage regional budgets, P&L performance, and forecasting accuracy
• Ensure 100% HSEQ audit compliance and implement corrective actions
• Lead workforce planning, leadership development, and training compliance
• Serve as the primary escalation point for client issues and maintain strong relationships
• Standardize SOPs, reporting tools, and service models across multiple sites

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of progressive management experience in hospitality or remote camp operations
• Post-secondary education in business, hospitality, or a related discipline preferred
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to remote locations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and operational management tools
• Ability to work rotational schedules (e.g., 20 days on / 10 days off) in extreme northern climates
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs in varying environmental conditions
• WHMIS or willingness to obtain relevant safety certifications
