About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across multiple warehouse locations, including inbound/outbound flow and dispatch
- Take ownership of inventory control and management to ensure accuracy and process discipline
- Provide leadership and accountability to supporting managers and staff
- Oversee the on-site repair operation for hydraulic and electrical control systems
- Act as the primary point of contact for facilities management and vendor coordination
- Identify operational bottlenecks and partner with the executive team on continuous improvement solutions
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 5+ years of operations or general management experience in industrial, manufacturing, warehousing, or distribution
- Experience overseeing or coordinating across multiple operational functions or sites
- Working understanding of industrial repair processes (hydraulic and/or electrical control systems)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and hands-on experience with an inventory or ERP platform
- Strong, open communication style and ability to adapt to shifting daily priorities
Preferred Qualifications
- 7+ years of operations management experience
- Experience in a multi-site industrial or manufacturing environment
- Master's degree in business management or an equivalent field
- Hands-on experience with the ACCTIVATE ERP system
- Practical ability to assist with hydraulic, electrical, or facilities maintenance tasks directly
Benefits
- Base salary: $75,000 to $95,000 per year
