Responsibilities

• Lead plant operations across multiple product divisions to support safe, efficient, and reliable performance
• Promote a strong culture of safety and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Drive Lean manufacturing initiatives including 5S, Kaizen, and Gemba walks
• Lead, coach, and develop supervisors and team leads to improve leadership effectiveness
• Establish and monitor key plant metrics such as safety, output, schedule attainment, and labor efficiency
• Use data and direct observation to identify waste and opportunities to improve efficiency
• Reinforce consistent execution of quality standards and customer requirements

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive manufacturing experience
• 3–5 years in a leadership role with responsibility for plant or production operations
• Demonstrated success driving Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement
• Experience in a high-mix/low-volume manufacturing setting
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Excel
• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain preferred
