Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Protect company assets and minimize losses through effective execution of loss prevention policies and procedures
• Perform weekly inventory cycle counts and periodic full store inventory counts
• Manage weekly ordering to ensure sufficient inventory levels are maintained
• Execute proper store opening and closing procedures, including alarm checks and security walks
• Assist the store management team in instilling company values and customer promises within the team

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in retail management and customer service
• Strong leadership skills and a dynamic, positive personality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to meet physical demands including walking, standing, climbing, bending, and manual material handling
