About the role
Responsibilities
- Protect company assets and minimize losses through effective execution of loss prevention policies and procedures
- Perform weekly inventory cycle counts and periodic full store inventory counts
- Manage weekly ordering to ensure sufficient inventory levels are maintained
- Execute proper store opening and closing procedures, including alarm checks and security walks
- Assist the store management team in instilling company values and customer promises within the team
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in retail management and customer service
- Strong leadership skills and a dynamic, positive personality
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to meet physical demands including walking, standing, climbing, bending, and manual material handling
