Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Protect JYSK assets and reduce losses through effective execution of in-store loss prevention policies and procedures
• Perform weekly cyclic inventory counts and periodic full store inventory counts
• Manage weekly ordering to ensure sufficient inventory levels
• Follow appropriate store opening and closing procedures, including alarm controls and security walks
• Support the store management team in instilling company values and customer promises within the team

Requirements

• 2 years of retail management and customer service experience
• Strong leadership skills and a positive, dynamic personality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Physical mobility required for standing, climbing, bending, and manual handling of materials (lifting, pushing, pulling)
