Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administrative operations, office systems, and organizational calendars
• Oversee facilities maintenance, cleanliness, safety, and building functionality
• Serve as primary liaison with maintenance vendors, contractors, and security personnel
• Coordinate logistics for student programs, Shabbat dinners, and holiday celebrations
• Manage event setup, breakdown, catering logistics, and equipment needs
• Support financial processes including budgeting support and accounts payable
• Coordinate Board of Directors meetings, including scheduling and materials preparation
• Manage technology systems, office equipment, and building security systems

Requirements

• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in operations, administration, or nonprofit management
• Bachelor's degree required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Zoom, and Constant Contact
• Experience with financial processing and record management
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds for event setup
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel
• Availability for evening and some weekend work to support campus programs

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in facilities coordination or office management
• Strong project management skills with high attention to detail
