Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily opening and closing procedures and facility readiness
• Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and shift coordination
• Train, supervise, and support team members to maintain high performance
• Conduct regular safety and security checks
• Handle incident management and resolve customer complaints
• Oversee inventory management and maintain optimal stock levels
• Coordinate with suppliers for ordering, deliveries, and quality control
• Manage petty cash and expense logging
• Coordinate with external accounting for bookkeeping and compliance
• Analyze operational metrics and KPIs to identify improvement opportunities
• Develop and implement process improvements to reduce costs
• Identify and mitigate operational risks

Requirements

• Proven experience in operations management within hospitality, retail, or entertainment
• Strong people management and team leadership skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Strong problem-solving skills and a solutions-driven approach
• Proficiency in analyzing data and tracking performance metrics
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• Onsite presence in Damman required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience coordinating with government platforms and regulatory bodies
• Financial acumen and experience with budget management
• Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems
• Project management experience
• Background in vendor and supplier relationship management
• Multilingual capabilities
