Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of all daily operational activities for warehouses within the Sparks campus
• Demand a best-in-class safety culture and ensure compliance with all safety programs
• Oversee daily warehouse activities and remove operational roadblocks to achieve KPIs
• Maintain team structure and staffing levels for peak performance
• Develop and train supervisory staff through goal-setting, reviews, and succession planning
• Execute operational strategies to meet P&L and financial targets
• Utilize WMS reporting, Power BI, and operational dashboards for analytical oversight
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and client services to facilitate new business implementations

Requirements

• 5+ years of management experience in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain environments
• Experience managing other leaders
• Multi-departmental warehouse knowledge including receiving, picking, shipping, and inventory management
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with WMS systems and warehouse technology
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience with continuous process improvement and basic project management
• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Business, or a related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• AIB experience
• Experience within a multi-client warehousing operation
