Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and support Village Managers to deliver seamless end-to-end operations across remote sites
• Drive financial performance with full P&L accountability, including revenue maximization and cost control
• Build and sustain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
• Cultivate a high-performance culture focused on accountability and leadership development
• Ensure all operational systems align with client and company policies for efficiency and reliability
• Champion safety leadership and maintain strict compliance with HSE and food safety procedures

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years senior leadership experience in the resources, mining village, or hospitality sectors
• Proven success in managing senior client relationships within complex environments
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing P&L and budgets
• Deep knowledge of safety systems and relevant HSE legislation
• Open Manual C Class Driver’s License
• Full Australian working rights
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, functional assessment, and drug/alcohol screen
• Ability to fly-in-fly-out (FIFO) from Adelaide
