Responsibilities
- Own high-impact processes and client workflows from discovery to deployment
- Design and automate workflows using SQL, APIs, scripts, and LLMs to improve scalability
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Account Management teams
- Build dashboards and reporting pipelines to monitor productivity, quality, and financial outcomes
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in operations, consulting, or data-heavy roles at a tech company or startup
- Strong fluency in SQL and Python
- Excellent problem-solving and systems-thinking skills
- Proven ability to manage complex projects end-to-end in ambiguous environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare operations, claims, or billing systems
- Experience building or integrating workflows via APIs, Python, or web automation tools like Zapier or Retool
- Experience building with LLMs, SQL apps, or managing data pipelines
